Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Handle complaints professionally, aiming for a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
  • Provide personalized service to high-value customers.


Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.


Customer Experience Improvement

  • Gather feedback from customers to improve services.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to customer loyalty and retention initiatives.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
