Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes.
- Monitor baking processes and adjust recipes as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
- Ensure quality control of all baked goods.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet demand.
- Stay updated on baking trends and techniques.
- Educational Qualifications: Edu not required
- Experience Level: 1-3 Years Experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, expertise in pastries and baking techniques.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, possible shifts including mornings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, creative, with a passion for baking and customer satisfaction.
