What is the role:

• To do production of baked products such as breads, pastries and cakes
• Responsible for monitoring of daily stocks being used in the production
• To do Mis en place

• At least 4 years experience as baker
• must be highly knowledgeable
• must have a certification in baking or any HRM related certification or accreditation
