Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
- Interact with customers to take orders and provide excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
- Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support team members in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong coffee knowledge, excellent customer service, and good communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced café environment, may involve evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.
