Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing issues and feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Train and mentor new staff on proper brewing techniques and café operations.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a coffee shop or café setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in latte art and knowledgeable about various coffee types.
- Skills and Competencies: Effective written and verbal communication, with upselling skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Flexibility and consistency in performance under pressure, well mannered and dedicated to work, can work in a team
