- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and pastries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle transactions.
- Knowledge of coffee beans and brewing techniques.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Must be able to make various coffee beverages and understand customer preferences.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced café environment with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Must possess excellent communication skills, be friendly, and have a passion for coffee.
