Description

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong flexibility, excellent communication skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced café environment, often requiring standing for long periods.
