Fully responsible for business development in the European, American, and Middle Eastern markets, including the implementation of cooperation models such as agency, KOL, project collaboration, and community traffic.
Build and manage the BD team, establish goal mechanisms, evaluate incentives, and ensure the delivery of results.
Design and promote growth-oriented activities suitable for regional user habits, such as commission tasks, team competitions, and airdrop collaborations.
Interface with market, product, and other departments to coordinate resources and drive rapid project launch and execution.
Independently manage and optimize regional data to ensure positive ROI growth.
Participate in global/regional industry conferences or investment promotion activities, representing the platform to expand resources and brand influence.

At least three years of business development or channel expansion management experience in exchanges or Web3 platforms, with the ability to lead a team and achieve tangible results.
Personal experience includes working in both new and established institutions, with a clear understanding of local culture.
Strong financial drive, with a solid network and self-confidence.
Ability to achieve a target volume of 1.5 billion within two months.
Familiarity with the local community ecosystem, rebate structures, KOL systems, and agent strategies in Europe, America, and the Middle East.
Capable of directly managing resources, project parties, communities, or cooperative channels, with preference given to those who can convert quickly.
Results-oriented, understands pacing, executes well, and possesses strong data awareness and crisis response capabilities.
Native Chinese speaker, proficient in English, with international perspective and experience in leading international teams.
