- Assist customers in product selection, provide beauty advice, and achieve sales targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized beauty advice to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Ensure a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
- Maintain product displays and inventory levels.
- Stay updated on beauty trends and promotions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s success.
Requirements
- Job Title: Beauty Advisor
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or beauty-related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking skills, sales management ability, and a hardworking attitude.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, flexible hours including weekends.
