Your responsibilities and daily tasks include:

  • Design, develop, and implement BizTalk Server solutions for integrating applications, services, and data across the hospitality ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Develop and configure BizTalk orchestrations, pipelines, maps, schemas, and adapters to enable smooth data exchange.
  • Maintain and enhance existing BizTalk integrations, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
  • Implement and manage Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions and other middleware technologies as needed.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of integration solutions.
  • Document development processes, technical specifications, and best practices.
  • Work with SQL Server, .NET, and Azure services to enhance integration capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance for BizTalk applications in a production environment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft integration technologies and recommend improvements.



Your qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft BizTalk Server development.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, middleware solutions, and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
  • Experience with BizTalk Server components, including orchestrations, pipelines, maps, and adapters.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework (C#, VB.NET), SQL Server, XML, XSLT, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Experience in integrating ERP, CRM, and hospitality management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management) is advantageous.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for BizTalk solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Work Schedule


Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 1 day per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
