Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant located in Makati. The Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant will be responsible for handling daily bookkeeping tasks, personal assistance, managing properties, providing executive administrative assistance, and performing various clerical duties. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.


Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficient in Communication and Diary Management
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Competency in relevant accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
