Description
- Oversee daily branch operations and staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage branch budgets and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Train and mentor staff, fostering professional growth.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
- Act as the primary liaison between branch and upper management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, teamwork, inventory management, sales training, and sales management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment involving both individual and team tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong team player, proactive, and adaptable.
- Willing to Assigned: SM City Laoag
