Description
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Supervise staff, manage schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Implement sales strategies to meet branch targets and drive growth.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, proficiency in sales and customer management.
