- Oversee daily store operations and manage a team of staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high store standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising strategies.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to optimize performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Job Title: Store Manager
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, teamwork abilities, sales training, after-sales management expertise.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily store operations, manage staff, drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction.
