This is a senior, cross-functional role responsible for building and growing an executive’s personal brand like a business. You will lead content strategy, production, audience growth (organic and paid), monetization, partnerships, and team/vendor management. The role requires strong commercial instincts, analytics skills, and negotiation experience.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Create a 6–12 month brand strategy: content pillars, target audiences, and monetization plan.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines.


Content Production & Operations

  • Build a cross-platform content plan (YouTube long-form, Shorts/Reels, TikTok, IG Carousels, LinkedIn posts).
  • Oversee scripting, filming, editing, thumbnails, subtitles, and SEO.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short clips, audio, newsletters, and other assets.


Audience Growth & Monetization

  • Lead strategies for follower growth (organic + paid) and manage ad budgets (Meta, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Develop revenue channels: sponsorships, partnerships, paid products, memberships, events.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and manage commercial terms with partners.


Analytics & Optimization

  • Set KPIs (e.g., watch-time, CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and present weekly/monthly reports.
  • Run A/B tests and optimize content based on platform algorithms and performance data.


Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage a small internal team plus external editors, designers, DOPs, and ad specialists.
  • Build SOPs, production workflows, timelines, and content quality standards.


PR & Reputation Management

  • Handle media relations, interviews, speaking engagements, and crisis communication when needed.


Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 5+ years in digital marketing or content operations.
  • 2+ years managing a personal or high-profile brand is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, short-form content, and paid acquisition.
  • Proven experience generating revenue through digital content (with case studies).
  • Skilled with analytics/ad tools (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Meta & TikTok Ads).
  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and attend occasional on-site shoots.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with creators or digital agencies.
  • Podcast/audio production or email marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEA regional trends and media networks.
