Description
1.团队管理：负责营业团队的日常管理与工作指导，提升团队绩效。
2.市场拓展：制定市场营销计划，开拓和维护客户资源。
3.客户服务：与客户建立良好关系，提供专业的房地产咨询服务。
4.业绩目标：制定并完成公司下达的业绩目标，定期汇报工作进展。
5.业务培训：对团队成员进行业务培训和技能提升，确保团队专业水平。
Requirements
1.教育背景：大学本科及以上学历，专业不限。
2.工作经验：具备2年以上不动产行业经验，至少1年管理经验。
3.语言能力：中日双语流利，英语等其他语言能力者优先。
4.沟通能力：优秀的沟通协调能力，能与不同文化背景的客户和同事有效沟通。
5.市场意识：对日本不动产市场有深刻的了解和洞察力。
6.团队精神：有良好的团队合作精神，能带领团队达成目标。
