Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for building services.
  • Coordinate and schedule building inspections and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Monitor building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Manage building security systems and access control.
  • Coordinate with tenants and visitors as needed.
  • Prepare and manage building budgets and expenses.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and reporting.
  • Will also handle logistics, security, drivers and utility personnel

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building administration or facility management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
