Job Description

1. Advanced Repairs:

Perform specialized repairs such as electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other complex technical issues to ensure the smooth functioning of the property.


2. Team Coordination:

Assign daily tasks to junior technicians, monitor progress, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Provide guidance and support to the team as needed.


3. Maintenance Reports:

Document all maintenance activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to the maintenance manager, ensuring clear communication and proper record-keeping.


4. Problem Diagnosis:

Identify and diagnose underlying issues in complex systems, proposing and implementing effective solutions to minimize property downtime.


5. Routine Maintenance:

Handle minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, repairing furniture, and addressing general wear and tear to keep properties in optimal condition.


6. Inspections:

Ensure all appliances and systems, such as air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators, are functioning correctly and report any discrepancies.


7. On-Call Repairs:

Be available to address guest-reported issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to guest experience and maintaining high property standards.


8. Inventory Management:

Maintain an organized inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials needed for repairs. Ensure timely ordering and restocking of supplies to avoid downtime.


9. Basic Repairs:

Perform basic tasks such as patching walls, painting, tightening fixtures, and other simple repairs to keep properties in excellent condition.


10. Guest Requests:

Respond quickly to minor guest complaints, such as squeaky doors, malfunctioning remotes, or other non-urgent issues, ensuring high guest satisfaction.


11. Setup Assistance:

Assist with property setup tasks, including arranging furniture, installing new fixtures, and ensuring that properties are prepared for new guests.


12. Outdoor Maintenance:

Manage and support outdoor maintenance tasks, such as moving stock, cleaning outdoor areas, or assisting with warehouse installations when applicable.


13. Cleaning Integration:

Support cleaning teams by assisting with tasks such as removing trash, clearing clutter, restocking essential items, and addressing any maintenance needs discovered during cleaning.


14. Basic Maintenance Support:

Address and fix or replace broken items observed during cleaning rounds, ensuring properties are always in top shape for incoming guests.


15. Inspection Support:

Report any maintenance issues observed during cleaning rounds to the senior maintenance team for quick resolution.


16. Item Delivery:

Deliver keys, tools, and materials needed for maintenance or client requests, ensuring all tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.


17. Ad-hoc Tasks:

To perform other duties as assigned
