Description
- Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems
- Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and replacement of damaged equipment’s and others
- Be on-call to respond to emergency issues
- Testing and recommending new maintenance products
- Checking and responding to security and safety issues
- Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
- Keeping documents of inspections and problem
Requirements
- Knowledge or expertise in electrical, HVAC, MCC and the like
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Short Course Certificate, or any equivalent
- With at least 3 yrs. experience in maintenance
- Normal vision and hearing
- Must have a positive work attitude, flexible, hard-working with good customer service, and willing to learn
