Description

We are a psychological branding and marketing company looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our marketing and sales efforts, drive client acquisition, and foster business growth. This role involves identifying new opportunities, bringing in new clients, upselling to existing clients, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate understands B2B, B2C, and D2C markets and possesses strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. This position reports directly to the CEO and requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of psychological branding and marketing to create compelling sales strategies that resonate with our target audience.


Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Sales Support:

- Assist in bringing in new clients and upselling to existing clients.

- Support B2B, B2C, and D2C sales through outreach and lead generation.

- Proactively upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.

2. Business Growth & Development

- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, including upselling to existing clients.

- Work closely with the CEO to align sales and business development strategies.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine branding, pricing, and positioning strategies.

- Utilize psychological branding principles to enhance client engagement and conversion rates.

3. Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships.

- Oversee the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition and positive experience.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Success Management.

- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to drive and manage business growth initiatives.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.


Nice-To-Have

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.

- Knowledge of B2B, B2C, and D2C business models.

- Knowledge of psychological branding and marketing strategies.
