Drake International's esteemed client is actively seeking a Business Development Manager Media Monitoring / Media Intelligence / SaaS to strengthen their team in Makati!


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Client Acquisition

• Source and qualify leads using digital and strategic research

• Drive new business development within target sectors

• Initiate and coordinate sales campaigns and outreach

• Manage a consistent workflow—including outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination

• Meet clients virtually and face-to-face to present CARMA’s offerings

• Follow up on leads with discipline and consistency

• Design tailored media monitoring and analytics solutions for clients

• Lead contract negotiations and close deals

• Coordinate internally with product and analysis teams for smooth execution

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Reporting & Sales Pipeline Management

• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records of leads, pipelines, opportunities, and contracts

• Provide timely sales reports and updates


Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on CARMA’s full suite of services and tools

• Communicate the value of media intelligence and reputation insights

• Understand CARMA’s structure and how each function contributes to client success


What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of client-facing B2B sales experience in Business Development

• Experience in media monitoring, SaaS platforms, or PR and communications tools (media

monitoring is a strong advantage)

• Proven ability to close deals and exceed targets

• Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and integrity, while aligned

with leadership direction

• Highly disciplined and structured in managing leads, follow-ups, and reporting

• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

• Collaborative team player with a strong drive to contribute to leadership and team success

• Familiarity with HubSpot is required; experience with other CRMs is a plus

• Experience working with B2B clients in communications, automotive, FMCG, retail, or

PR/marketing agencies is a plus


Additional information

• Location: Makati, Metro Manila

• Setup: Hybrid — three days of in-office reporting or client meetings, and two days WFH

• Reporting: Reports directly to the Business Development Director for strategic alignment and performance guidance

• Compensation: Base salary up to PHP 75,000, plus commissions
