Brand Digitalization Business Development

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Location: Primarily remote, with the ability to attend online and offline meetings as needed for projects

【Job Responsibilities】

Proactively expand potential brand partners and facilitate their participation in the XooRWA brand digital asset issuance and marketing loop;

Participate in developing project business models and partnership proposals, and drafting external proposals, BP, and collaboration terms;

Assist partner brands in completing digital asset issuance, incentive model setting, and subsequent operations;

Collaborate with platform operations, product, and community teams to drive project launch and execution;

Continuously track brand project effectiveness, provide optimization suggestions, and establish long-term collaboration mechanisms.

【Job Requirements】

Experience in business development with brands, public relations firms, creative advertising, or the consumer goods industry is preferred;

Familiarity with brand marketing logic, and a certain understanding or strong interest in Web3/NFT/RWA models;

Strong communication skills, with the ability to independently plan and drive project implementation;

An entrepreneurial mindset, mission-driven, and a belief in the trend of digital assetization is preferred;

Proficiency in English or Cantonese is a plus, and multilingual communication skills will be given priority.
