Job Description
Business Development
• Identify and engage potential partners, including exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, metaverse projects, etc.
• Drive integration of Web2 enterprises with Web3 technology, develop mass‐adoption initiatives, and lower barriers for users entering Web3.
Partnership Proposal Design and Execution
• Develop tailored business development plans based on market demands to facilitate partnership implementation and improve conversion rates.
• Lead partnership negotiations, ensuring the protection of company interests and the achievement of business objectives.
• Translate business development requirements into actionable products or services.
Market Analysis and Strategy Optimization
• Monitor the latest developments in blockchain, RWA, DeFi, NFT, and related sectors; analyze competitors and optimize business development strategies.
• Support product adaptation for a broader user base.
• Track internal business development metrics, conduct regular reviews of partnership outcomes, and adjust strategies to enhance growth efficiency.
Requirements
1. Blockchain Industry Experience
• Minimum two years of business development experience in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or related industries; experience in RWA, DeFi, NFT, or GameFi business development is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem, including tokenomics, smart contracts, and compliance fundamentals.
• Strong industry network with the ability to rapidly establish partnerships.
2. Business Development Skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and resource‐integration skills to effectively drive collaborations.
• Proven ability to independently explore markets and take projects from concept to execution.
3. Language and Team Collaboration
• Fluent in English and Chinese, capable of liaising with global partners.
• Strong team player, working closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful partnership rollouts.
Preferred Qualifications
• Track record of successful Web3 business development projects with demonstrable case studies.
• Base compensation: 1500U–2000U, plus additional performance‐based incentives.
• Remote work environment.
