Description
- Market available commercial spaces
- Handle inquiries and conduct site viewings for prospective spaces
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and process lease agreements and other related documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure proper lease execution.
- Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and terminations.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing tenants to support renewals and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Preferably with experience in leasing properties
- Familiar with documents and contracts related to leasing
- Experienced in the leasing department of large malls
- Has many connections, especially within large malls
