In the recent years, Zalamea has heavily invested in building HR Technology Solutions to provide seamless and paperless processing of administrative tasks such as payroll, timekeeping, HRIS, defined contribution retirement plans, savings and loans ledgering. Currently, Zalamea is servicing over 3,000 corporations.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing Zalamea’s solutions and value proposition.
  • Assist in preparing customized proposals, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals that align with each client’s needs.
  • Support contract management by coordinating with Legal and Operations to ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting activities such as cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, LinkedIn networking, and CRM utilization.
  • Create and coordinate marketing content (social media posts, email campaigns, promotional materials) to support BD initiatives and strengthen brand presence.
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms and assist in campaign execution.
  • Maintain accurate client and lead records in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and activity tracking.
  • Provide coordination support for BD initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefs, and monitoring pipeline progress.
  • Perform other tasks as required by your superior.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field
  • With at least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong presentation skills with the confidence to conduct product demos and client pitches
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, or content creation is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Capable of working independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, able to align client needs with Zalamea’s solutions
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the organization
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City whenever needed
