We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing (Business Development) Officer to manage and expand our partner network promoting OFW loan products. The role focuses on digital marketing, relationship management, and driving performance-based results.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard high-potential affiliates (influencers, bloggers, financial advisors, etc.) and propose attractive commission/incentive programs.
• Execute Data-Driven Campaigns to generate leads and boost conversion rates, collaborating with internal marketing teams on assets.
• Manage Partner Relationships by consistently coordinating with affiliates and leveraging tracking platforms to monitor performance (e.g., CTR, conversion rates).
• Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships, with a strong preference for financial services or fintech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to design strategic marketing campaigns.
• Must be knowledgeable about social media channels and platforms.
• Experience with OFW communities/clients is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
