Job Overview: This role focuses on overseas market expansion in the Crypto industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining in-depth cooperative relationships with global exchanges, institutional investors, and ecosystem partners. You will lead the full life cycle of token listings on exchanges and identify growth opportunities in international markets to support large-scale business implementation and enhance brand penetration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Overseas Exchange Partnership Management • Engage with mainstream and potential global crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, OKX). • Lead the end-to-end token listing process, including application preparation, compliance communication, listing negotiations, and post-listing operational coordination. • Ensure efficient achievement of listing targets. 2. Overseas Business Relationship Expansion • Develop business development strategies for overseas markets. • Proactively source and expand partnerships with exchanges, market makers, blockchain projects, and industry associations. • Establish a long-term, stable network of ecosystem partners to support business growth. 3. Market Demand & Competitor Analysis • Monitor overseas crypto market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities (especially listing strategies and collaboration models). • Produce analytical reports to inform product enhancements, listing decisions, and optimization of BD strategies. 4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration • Coordinate with internal technical, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of technical setups, compliance reviews, and launch promotions during the listing process. • Resolve cross-functional issues to maintain project momentum. 5. Business Negotiation & Contract Management • Lead commercial negotiations with overseas partners on terms, fee structures, and rights & obligations. • Draft and review cooperation agreements to protect the company’s interests and mitigate risks. Requirements: 1. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or above. • Over 3 years of overseas BD experience in the crypto/blockchain industry. • Proven track record of leading 1–2 complete token listing projects on exchanges (verifiable cases required). • Familiarity with listing criteria of major exchanges (e.g., Binance Launchpad, Coinbase Asset Listing Criteria). 2. Resources & Abilities • Preferably possesses core contacts at top-tier and second-tier exchanges, market makers, or overseas institutional clients. • Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills. • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). 3. Professional Expertise • Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem (public chains, DeFi, NFT, Web3, etc.). • Familiarity with overseas crypto regulations (e.g., US SEC, EU MiCA). • Strong ability to assess market risks and partnership opportunities accurately. 4. Comprehensive Qualities • Strong goal orientation and execution capability. • Ability to work across time zones and withstand high-pressure environments. • Startup experience is a plus.
