Contract BD:

Job Responsibilities:

 1. Market Development and Cooperation:

 • Develop potential partners (institutional clients, KOLs, large traders, etc.) and promote the marketing of contract trading products.

 • Establish and maintain good relationships with partners to promote long-term cooperation.

 2. User Growth and Retention:

 • Formulate user growth strategies for contract products to increase trading volume and user engagement.

 • Design incentive mechanisms and promotional activities for contract traders.

 3. Product Optimization Feedback:

 • Collect user and market feedback on contract products to drive product feature optimization and iteration.

 • Participate in competitive analysis, provide market insights, and support company strategies.

 4. Event Planning and Execution:

 • Responsible for planning and executing market promotion activities related to contracts (such as airdrops, trading competitions, etc.).

 • Track event effectiveness, analyze data, and provide optimization suggestions.

 5. Data Analysis and Target Management:

 • Monitor key data indicators of contract products (trading volume, number of users, activity levels, etc.).

 • Regularly report on business progress and achieve the growth targets set by the company.

Job Requirements:

 1. Industry Experience:

 • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the digital asset field, with familiarity in contract trading and its market.

 • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in exchanges, financial derivatives, or business development in the blockchain sector.

Additional Qualifications:

Possession of a large client network (such as institutional investors, professional trading teams, etc.).

Familiarity with global cryptocurrency market trends, understanding the mechanisms and advantages of major contract products.
