Your responsibilities will include:

Customer relationship management and maintenance

Maintaining good communication with existing clients, responding quickly to issues, and providing a high-quality service experience.

Business development and growth

Identifying new clients, driving growth for key accounts, and participating in the strategic advancement of platform business.

Establishing industry partnerships

Assisting the BD team in building strategic partnerships with leading global institutions, projects, and suppliers.

Business support and data analysis

Participating in client management, market research, and data analysis to provide strong support for team decision-making.

We hope you:

Hold a bachelor's degree or above

Have experience in Fintech, tech startups, or international business is preferred

Are passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain (being a Crypto user is a plus!)

Have strong communication skills and excel in building relationships across cultures and industries

Are quick-thinking and can identify business opportunities from data
