Responsibilities

• Assist with the documentation of all required permits, such as building permits, development permits, zoning clearances, initial and operational clearances, and licenses.
• Provide assistance in preparing and submitting permit applications to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
• Assist in the evaluation of documentation to ensure that it complies with local regulations and that all projects, from the initial stage to operational, meet the specified standards and specifications.
• Assist with property acquisition and the feasibility of project expansions, which includes property evaluation, inspections, and coordination with the technical team.
• Provide assistance in the preparation of reports, which includes the monitoring of reportorial requirements in accordance with government regulations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any Business course
• Must be flexible, hardworking, aggressive and a team player
• With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer applications
