We are seeking a highly experienced Business Manager with deep knowledge of the automotive industry, specifically in commercial vehicles (light to heavy trucks, buses). This individual will spearhead the entry and growth of a new automotive brand in the country, overseeing all aspects of operations including importation, regulatory compliance, sales, marketing, and team management.

The ideal candidate is both street smart and work smart, capable of navigating local industry dynamics while implementing strategic initiatives to establish a strong market presence.

• Lead the introduction and expansion of a new automotive commercial vehicle brand in the local market.
• Oversee importation processes, ensuring compliance with LTO and other government regulations.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Philippine market.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve company objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, dealers, and industry partners.
• Manage brand positioning, promotions, and after-sales strategies to ensure long-term growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide business strategies.
• Provide regular business updates and reports to the regional/global headquarters.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the automotive industry, with strong exposure to commercial vehicles (trucks, buses).
• Proven track record in market entry, business development, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of importation procedures, regulatory compliance, sales, and marketing.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written); proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage.
