Butcher – Greece

A reputable organization in Greece is seeking experienced Slaughtermen/Butcher to join its team. We are looking for candidates with solid technical skills, professionalism, and a strong understanding of safe and hygienic work practices.

Position: Slaughterman

Salary: In accordance with Greece’s legal minimum wage

Dependants: Minimum of 1 year (please specify total years of experience)

Work Schedule: 6-day working week, 6 hours and 40 minutes per day, with paid overtime when required

Meals: One free lunch provided daily

Accommodation: 1 or 2 houses provided, depending on availability

Additional Requirement: A video demonstrating the candidate’s skills at work is preferred

Responsibilities

• Preparing animals for slaughter
• Operating cutting tools and equipment safely
• Processing carcasses according to required standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace and equipment

Required Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of slaughtering techniques and proper use of cutting tools
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Basic communication skills in English
