Description
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries.
- Provide product information and troubleshooting support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Document interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, maintain customer records, and provide product information.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, excellent organizational abilities, and interpersonal people skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, adaptability, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
