Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on issues.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet performance targets.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in any field is required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Salesforce, excellent command of the English language, effective customer service, scheduling abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as a team player.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, maintain records in Salesforce, and ensure timely scheduling.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a call center environment with standard office hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, adaptability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
