- Provide customer assistance through troubleshooting and technical support
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction ratings
- Document interactions and follow standard processes and procedures
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve performance goals
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- With previous technical support background, preferably but not required(phone, chat, or email)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Davao
- Can start on ASAP
