  • Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed procedures
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and maximize opportunities to build rapport
  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide appropriate resolution
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services

Requirements

  • 18 years old or above
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English (able to converse with foreign customers)
  • Committed to full-time, long-term employment
  • Willing to undergo one-month training on communications, culture, and product-specific courses before starting actual work


Educational & Professional Attainment:

  • At least a graduate of High School (prior to K-12 curriculum), ALS, or Senior High School (K–12)
  • Not currently studying or planning to enroll in school
  • Fresh college graduates are encouraged to apply
  • BPO experience handling an international voice account is a definite plus but not required


Note:

  • For K–12 curriculum applicants, only Senior High School graduates are accepted.
  • For pre–K–12 curriculum applicants, High School graduates are welcome to apply.
