Description
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the Salesforce system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle sales pipeline processes, including generating leads and closing sales pitches.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0-2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce, excellent customer service skills, strong sales pitching and closure abilities, and proficient in English language.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for flexible hours.
