Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; strong customer service skills; familiarity with call center operations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide information about products/services, maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require evening/weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, ability to work under pressure.
