Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
• Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up on warm leads and re-engage past prospects to nurture relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Collaborate with team members to improve call scripts, strategies, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
