Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or account discrepancies, escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., fraud, compliance, or management) when necessary.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products, services, and policies, especially those related to account terms and conditions, interest rates, and fee structures.
Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to all company, regulatory, and financial compliance standards (e.g., security protocols, privacy policies) to protect customer data and company assets.
Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Sales/Referrals: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or refer additional products or services that meet the customer's needs.
