- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Document and track customer interactions in the system.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Good interpersonal and people skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with call center operations preferred
