- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving their concerns.
- Document interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, customer service orientation, strong interpersonal skills
- Working Conditions: Work from home with a stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps upload, 25 Mbps download)
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and a good problem solver
