Description
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must have a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Ideal for Fresh Graduates or Students seeking their first job experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, shifts may include evenings and weekends.
