Description
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with customers.
- Document all interactions and update customer records accurately.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, effective problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with call center operations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, maintain records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
