- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Provide product information and resolve issues effectively
- Document interactions in the customer database
- Meet performance metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
