- Assist customers by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the call center system.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, strong customer service skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor
