- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles.
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle features and benefits.
- Conduct test drives and provide customer support.
- Negotiate sales agreements and financing options.
- Manage ongoing relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Meet sales targets and attend training sessions regularly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in car sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer-oriented.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment, flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, personable, and a team player with a passion for cars.
