Job Description
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with mobility support, including transferring from bed to chair, walking, or using mobility aids.
- Monitor and remind clients about medications (as directed by healthcare professionals).
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities.
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s health or behavior to family or healthcare providers.
- Ensure safety by preventing falls, accidents, or health risks in the home.
