- Perform on-site retouching and detailing of modular cabinets and furniture

- Fix scratches, dents, paint chips, and other minor surface damages

- Apply touch-up paint, sealant, and polish to maintain finish quality

- Support the installation team during turnover and final inspection

- Ensure all work meets company quality standards

- Maintain and care for retouching tools and materials

- High school graduate or equivalent

- With 2–3 years of experience in painting, retouching, or furniture finishing

- Skilled in color matching, sanding, polishing, and surface repair

- Attention to detail and quality-focused

- Can work independently and respond to urgent site needs

- Willing to work at project sites and on flexible schedules
