- Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and maintain registers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and credit card payments with attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cash accounting and basic math
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, good communication skills
